One wing is rooted in Ethiopia—in community priorities, local relationships and the realities of implementation. The other reaches outward—to people, skills and resources that can strengthen the work. Neither wing is enough on its own.
Listen carefully. Deliver well. Publish enough evidence for people to judge the work for themselves.

Consultation is not a photograph or a final meeting. People affected by a project should help shape priorities, responsibilities and follow-up.
We record what was planned, what was delivered, what changed and what still needs attention.
Need never removes a person’s right to privacy, consent, safety and truthful representation.
